Dukes Meadows Trust is working with Masonian Bowls Club to grow its membership

The Masonian Bowls Club which is based in Dukes Meadows is undertaking a membership drive and wants to encourage more local people to take part in this fun and socially interactive form of exercise. They would like you to take part in a survey.

Working with the Dukes Meadows Trust they are planning to build a more welcoming entrance to the bowls green and to install an automatic irrigation system which will help support increased use of the green, while reducing water usage and maintenance.

Masonian Bowls Club

As part of this effort they are currently holding a survey of local people. The survey will give the Club a better idea of local demand and will also help support a grant application to cover part of the cost.

Masonian Bowls Club is a successful club, its membership includes people who play for the England team and it regularly wins tournaments in the Thames Valley and Middlesex leagues.
