Application for change of use is now with Planning Department
A planning application has recently been lodged with Hounslow Council's planning department to turn the former Japanese restaurant Chisou into flats. Chisou in Barley Mow Passage The proposal is to change the building into three self-contained dwellings. The application calls for the erection of a roof extension and first-floor extension with staircases to form a maisonette at second and third floor levels.
