Founded by JK Kapur in 1972 in Bombay, Copper Chimney has become one of India's biggest culinary success stories, pioneering sophisticated signature Indian dishes as well as introducing the cuisine, culture and flavours of the sub-continent to Shepherds Bush, London!

The menu utilises fresh produce, sourced from local suppliers and spices procured from the best farms across India. Divided into seven sections; Starter Plates, Tandoor Grills, Curries, Sides, Breads, Biryanis and Desserts there is a myriad of delicious items to choose from. Signature dishes include Grilled Burrah Chop from the Tandoor – perfected over the decades this is cinnamon scented and made extra tender thanks to its 8-hour marination prior to cooking. From the curries, The Butter Chicken was the first dish to ever appear on the Copper Chimney menu when it first opened inBombay in 1972, and to this day remains a bestseller for good reason. The Parda Lamb Biryani is expertly mixed and not one to miss also making it a Copper Chimney classic that has been reinvented and refined over the years. To finish the Gajar Pistachio Crumble is a dish unique to Copper Chimney and memorable thanks to its subtle spicing and warm flavours.
