Sony Mobile To Move To Chiswick Park

Subsidiary of the global group takes ten year lease

Sony Mobile, a subsidiary of the global audio, visual, gaming and communications group, Sony Corporation, is to relocate from Hammersmith to Chiswick Park.

The company has agreed a 10-year lease for 9,500 sq ft of office space, and will occupy part of the second floor of Building 10.

Earlier this month international research and publishing company HH Saudi Research and Marketing agreed a 10-year lease for 28,500 sq ft of office space on the 10th floor of Building 7. They will relocate from Holborn .

Ed Hodgson, Director at Blackstone Property Management, portfolio managers of Chiswick Park, said: “This represents another significant letting, and a further household name to join a broad range of market leading names representing a cross-section of industries which have chosen to build their business at Chiswick Park.”
