Wreath laying service at War Memorial on Turnham Green

Community groups are set to join veterans and local dignitaries on Remembrance Sunday (8 November) to remember those who lost their lives in the two world wars.

There will be a wreath-laying service at Chiswick War Memorial at 10.30am, followed by a remembrance service at Christ Church, in Turnham Green. Chiswick Riverside Ward Councillor Paul Lynch is attending.

Services are taking place across the borough and serving military personnel, cubs, scouts and guides will parade their colours alongside veterans, who will lay wreaths in memory of fallen friends.
