Marathon event supports African orphans
To help support the Fulakunda Orphanage in Gambia and Little Angels Orphanage in South Africa, Arch 197 dance and fitness studio is holding a yogathon on Sunday 18th May from 9am to 9pm. A minimum donation of £20 is required to enter. Led by some of UK’s most innovative yoga teachers, Pablo Imani & Howard Napper, the African Orphanage Yogathon 2014 promises to be a treat for enthusiasts and beginners alike. The day will be filled with live African music, fun and laughter. So come along, do some yoga, have fun and raise money for a great cause, all at the same time! You can register by going to the Just Giving web address (details below), or by texting JALK89 to 70070 for the Gambian orphanage or TVEC82 to 70070 for Little Angels. Please give your name when you register. Alternatively, you could drop in and pay at the door. About the Teachers Pablo Menfesawe-Imani Pablo Menfesawe-Imani is an author, yoga teacher, massage therapist, holistic health and wellbeing consultant and Balanced Health practitioner trained in Kinesiology. Pablo is the founder of Afrikan Yoga, and his popular classes have helped people to promote inner harmony, flexibility and spiritual awareness. Howard Napper Howard Napper is a yoga teacher, author, broadcaster and lifestyle expert.
