"Having spent most of my life in west London and playing for London teams QPR, Crystal Palace and managing London teams Tottenham Hotspurs and QPR, I am really proud to see Adam represent London in the Mr England national finals," said the television pundit.

Adam has already been named Mr London City and is now looking to grab the prestigious national crown. He once represented the club his father used to manage at U21 level, and is now the front man of rock band Lost Lady Luck and says he is excited about the upcoming competition. Described as a 'model and musician' he is also heavily involved in charity work. How does he feel about his latest challenge?

"Nervous because I don't know what to expect, I have never done anything like this before. "Excited because of the opportunity it gives me, to help others, raise awareness for my chosen charities and make the Mr England status a proud one."
