Former Travel Agency To Become Flats

Heathfield Terrace site was office of Journey Latin America

The former premises of Journey Latin America on Heathfield Terrace is to be turned into flats.

A planning application has been lodged with Hounslow Council to develop 12-13 Heathfield Terrace to change it from office to residential use.

The plan is for a change of use to residential with the development of five self-contained flats.

Journey Latin America is now in King Street, Hammersmith.

The area, overlooking Turnham Green and adjacent to shops, restaurants and public transport facilities, is a prime location.

Flats in that area are valued at over £1.5 million with rents of over £4,000 a month, according to listings with local estate agents.
