A talk by Anne Lyles at St Nicholas Church
On Thursday 25 June, at 7.00pm in the Church, the Friends of St Nicholas Church, Chiswick will welcome Anne Lyles to give a talk on 'Art and Faith in the Work of John Constable'. Anne Lyles is a member of the congregation and of the Friends, and lives locally. She was formerly Curator of 18th and 19th Century British Art at Tate Britain, and was co-curator of the splendid 'Constable: the Great Landscapes' exhibition held at Tate Britain in 2006. The suggested entrance donation: is £10 (concessions £8.00; free to friends of St Nicholas Church). Doors will open at 6.30pm and refreshments will be available.
