In a fundraiser for the RNLI former BA pilot tells of his time flying the supersonic jet
A rare chance to hear a fascinating account of his 15 years flying the world’s only supersonic passenger aircraft by a former British Airways pilot. John is a regular lecturer onboard cruise ships and will include his views on the Air France Concorde crash which led to the eventual grounding of this iconic aircraft. The talk takes place on Wednesday, 6 April 2016 from 7.30pm – 8.30pm at The George IV - 185 Chiswick High Road, W4 2DR. Tickets cost £10 (plus a small booking fee) and can be bought online in advance. There will be a limited number of tickets available at the door for £12. Drinks and pub food/snacks will be available before and after the talk. All proceeds go the RNLI. March 28, 2016 |
