2010 programme of events for all the family
April Sunday 25th: An introduction to birds of the Triangle; led by Dr Peter Gasson; all levels of experience welcome, including beginners. Bring binoculars. 9-11.30 am; all ages. May Saturday: 22ND: TRIANGLE GRAND OPEN DAY and celebration of International Year of Biodiversity: wildlife walks; demonstrations; arts and crafts activities for children; pond dipping; raffle, refreshments; raffle. Fun for all the family. 2-4.30 pm. July Saturday 3rd: Let’s explore the Triangle's wildlife with John Wells, an experienced natural history expert (flowers, birds, insects plus a bit of railway history too). 2-4 pm; all ages. July Sunday 11th: Brilliant Butterflies with Andy Brown; a guided walk with August Thursday 19th: An evening of bat detecting, guided by Dr Jan Hewlett, 7.30 pm; all ages September Sunday 5th Ladybirds and Harvestmen, explore these delightful mini-beasts with Peter Edwards. 2-4.30 pm; all ages.
