An Indian Summer music festival in Chiswick
The seventh groveSTOCK music festival has live music from 3pm to 10pm, food, fizz and fun on Saturday 14th September at St Paul's Church Gardens on the corner of Hartington and Grove Park Roads, W4 3SB. It's all in aid of the Soldiering On Through Life Trust and Church charities. Groove in the afternoon fun and the moonlight to the rockers, The Fat Chance Band and the popular Taxi Joe, Rogue 5 and Matt Adey are just some of the confirmed artists. Celebrity stand-up Patrick Monahan will be hosting the event and expect to see other celebrities there. More acts are to be announced via the website; As usual groveSTOCK revellers can expect to be treated all afternoon to a sumptuous array of food and drink. This year Macken Bros are supplying quality meat for the BBQ to be served with freshly prepared home-made salads and washed down with jugs of Pimms and Fullers ales. For those with a sweet tooth, delicious tea-time treats and an addition to this year's event, Just Desserts. Not forgetting the younger audience, Charlie the Clown and his best friend Sally Sunshine will be on hand for party tricks, balloon making and face painting.
