A Chiswick Pier day of fun for all the family

Come and join Chiswick Pier Trust on Sunday 24th July for a fun day on and off the river at Chiswick Pier.

Before the main event opens the Canoe Club will be running canoe taster sessions. From 11.00 -you can try out your skills on the water.

The first FREE boat trip sails from the Pier at 11.30. “Princess Freda” is a Dunkirk Little Ship and will be sailing every 45 minutes throughout the afternoon . The boat trips have very kindly been sponsored by Fullers.

The Pier House and bar officially open at 11.30 when you will be able to browse a great selection of stalls, enjoy delicious BBQ food cooked by Will from Barn Bacon, and drink from the Fullers bar. Hot and cold drinks, cakes and ice creams are also available.

Why not encourage the children to try river dipping? It’s great fun but can be rather muddy! Just bring your wellies and wear appropriate clothes then just get stuck in. Meet Thames Explorer Trust 12.00 at the Pier House.

Do come along to relax and soak up the atmosphere by the river whilst listening to ever popular band Shenanigans.

Amanda’s Action Club is doing 3 interactive fun sessions with the children at 12.30, 1.30 and 2.30. Sworn & Co have sponsored this activity.

Also guaranteed to keep the children happy is face painting by Cheeky Chops.
