Leader of Hounslow Conservative Councillors, Councillor Peter Thompson, has sent his best wishes for Easter to all residents of Hounslow: from Feltham and Heston through to Brentford, Isleworth and Chiswick.

“Easter is the climax of the Christian faith when hope triumphed over despair. It is a time to come together in peace and joyful celebration as we celebrate life anew and look forward to the future with renewed optimism.

"More importantly, it is an opportunity to reflect on the Easter story starting from Good Friday until Easter Sunday.

"Therefore I do hope residents throughout the London Borough of Hounslow enjoy the break and various festivities.
