Offering sweet and savoury 'fast food' alternative
Crepeaffaire has opened its 10th store on Chiswick High Road today (Wednesday November 26th). Queues had formed outside the door of the restaurant at 382, Chiswick High Road by lunchtime as staff invited people in for free crepes. Founder and MD Daniel Spinath said; “This latest store opening is really exciting for us as it marks another milestone in our expansion." Crepeaffaire claims to be the UK’s leading crêperie offering savoury and sweet crêpes, fair-trade organic coffee, fresh juices & shakes. The company says crepes are a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional fast food. Toppings range from the classic Wiltshire ham & cheddar to the feta & hummus with chickpeas. For those with a sweeter tooth, there are crepes with Nutella or for a fruity twist, the Merry Berry with mixed berries, honey, fresh mint & yogurt. Crepeaffaire opened its first store in 2004, and now operates from 10 sites in the UK. The company plans further expansion both in the UK and internationally.
