Lib Dems launch online petition against TfL cuts

Last month the Mayor of London announced plans to reduce the manning hours at both Chiswick Park and Turnham Green tube stations.

Liberal Democrat Councillor, and Transport Spokesperson, Gary Malcolm said, “Liberal Democrats believe this is unacceptable given that this was one of Boris’ campaigning pledges in 2008.

"Many tube users feel unsafe if there are fewer staff at our tube stations. When the machines do not work it would be difficult to use the tube network.

"Please sign our on-line petition. You can help stop these cuts.”
