Another proposal is being made for the conversion of an office block near Hogarth Roundabout into flats.

An application (PAC/2020/1504) has been submitted to Hounslow Council to determine whether a change of use from office space to residential would be deemed a permitted development.

The 4-5 storey office building is bordered by the A316 towards Richmond, and the A4 to the North. It is next to a the Premier Inn hotel and to the Chiswick Gate housing development.

The plan is to provide around 83 flats at the site along with office space, maintenance and plant areas, gym/studio, and cycle and vehicle storage for residents.

The building has been vacant for some time and other applications have been submitted to develop it into housing.

The site was formerly occupied by global sports media company IMG Worldwide, which moved most of the workforce to Stockley Park near Heathrow and Chiswick Business Park in 2016.

Premier Inn London Chiswick hotel is directly adjacent at the north side of the building. The hotel was formed by conversion of a previous office use building, Axis House.

Chiswick Gate to the south is a development of townhouses and apartments by Berkeley.
