Hounslow Council is proposing to introduce ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions at all road junctions across the borough following a Single Member Decision of 11 November 2015 where it has been agreed to proceed with a borough-wide ‘Junction Protection’ programme.

The Council has issued a proposal for the area at the top end of Turnham Green Terrace which will see restrictions introduced at The Avenue, both sides, between its junction with Bath Road and the borough boundary and Turnham Green Terrace, west side, from its junction with Bath Road to a point 28.0 metres north of a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 96/98 and 100 Turnham Green Terrace (to the taxi rank).

The implementation of these restrictions will prevent vehicles
parking at these points with the aim of improving safety and sightlines for motorists and pedestrians and for those with
mobility impairments.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of the objection to the Executive Director of Regeneration, Economic Development & Environment to the address above or by email to traffic@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P025a/16 to be received by no later than Friday 15 July 2016.
