He was killed after being hit by a car

The little Russian Toy Terrier puppy, Percy, who went missing earlier this week has been killed after being hit by a car.

The accident happened near Acton Town tube station yesterday afternoon. A message has been posted on the Facebook page set up to find the puppy. It said:

"Everyone is obviously very upset, but we are so grateful for how you have all tried to help."

Percy, who was six months old, black & tan colouring, ran off while he was being walked in the park earlier this week. His owners had gone on holidays. The last reported sighting of Percy was when he was spotted in Fletcher Road running towards Acton Lane close to where he lives.
