A man who was banned under a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) from entering a number of streets in Bedford Park, appeared in court recently charged with not adhering to the terms of the order.

The local neighbourhood police team in Southfield ward in April had made a successful application to obtain a CBO against Peter Fisher who is also known as Adrian Walker.

Peter Fisher

Peter Fisher was originally arrested by the Southfield Ward Team at the end of last year for a number of motor vehicle offences throughout the area. He attended Court on 2 February but did not receive a custodial sentence.

As a result of the strict conditions imposed by the CBO however, Fisher was told he could be arrested if he breached any of them. The conditions imposed stated that he must not:

1) Touch or enter any unattended vehicle without the express permission of the owner or registered keeper anywhere in England or Wales.

2) Be in possession of more than one mobile phone that is not registered to him.

3) Be in the residential area outlined in the map of Chiswick W4 shown below.

4) Enter any Cash Converters or Pawn Shops within Greater London.

He was arrested and appeared in Isleworth Court Fon charges connected with contravening the Order. A verdict from the bench is awaited.
