Cary Grant arrested after being spotted on stolen bike

Cary Grant, a builder from Slough rather than the suave deceased Hollywood actor, was arrested this week after being spotted on a stolen motorbike in the Chiswick Park area.

He was arrested by plain-clothes officers from the Hounslow Crime Squad along with Kevin O'Keefe, aged 31, of no fixed address after the pair were seen on the bike.

The police said that on 30th June at about 7.30pm officers noticed the two men and had grounds for suspicion.

Following enquiries made by the officers it became apparent the bike had been stolen earlier that day in Slough.

Both were arrested and remanded into custody and have appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates court in connection with the charge.
