Woman sought after man reportedly receives knife wound to head

Police are searching for a woman they believe was responsible for the stabbing of a man earlier today (Tuesday 22nd March) in Chiswick.

The incident occurred at around 4.00pm at Prebend Mansions on Chiswick High Road opposite the site of High Road Auctions.

The man was taken to hospital suffering stab injuries. His condition is not believed to be serious. Unconfirmed reports suggest that some of the wounds received were to the head.

The female suspect made off from the scene. It is unclear at this stage whether this was a random attack or if the victim was deliberately targeted.

Officers from Hounslow CID are investigating. There have been no arrests.
