Police warn of an increase in bogus water board and other utility personnel

Chiswick Police have warned resident to be aware of an increase in distraction burglaries.

There have been a number of instances of bogus "water board and other utility personnel".

"Unless you are sure who the caller is, DO NOT LET THEM IN," warn Police.

"Check with the service provider if you have to. Please call and check on your elderly or vulnerable neighbours. Make them aware of the danger."
