On Thursday 8th June 2006 at 13.30 two women were sitting on a bench by the river close to Riverside Recreation Ground.

A suspect, riding an old bike and wearing a grubby pair of blue shorts, stopped and sat down next to the women on the bench.

He crossed his legs thus exposing himself from beneath his shorts.

The two 28 year old women started to walk along the riverbank to get away from the suspect who rode past them but stopped a little further in front to wait for them. By this time his shorts were around his ankles and he was playing with himself.

The ladies left the scene quickly.

The suspect was described as a white male, about 60 years, 5’07”, receding grey hair, white stubble, wearing trainers with no socks.
