Chiswick witnessed a bizarre reunion when Dean Martin arrested Frank Sinatra for jumping a red light.

PC Dean Martin spotted Sinatra impersonator Stephen Triffitt speeding through a red light in his Toyota Celica.

PC Martin gave chase and arrested the Ol’ Blue eyes look-a-like who was shown to have more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his body.

Appearing at Feltham Magistrates Court, Triffitt pleaded guilty to driving over the limit and received a 16-month driving ban and £500 fine.

Triffitt said in a statement that he sincerely apologised for "letting everyone down" and that he was ashamed of what he had done.

Triffitt found fame when he won his ‘Stars in their Eyes’ heat and successfully established himself on the cabaret circuit. He is currently playing Frank Sinatra alongside Dean Martin in the West End Show 'The Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas', Triffitt.
