Chiswick TV actor makes potential home buyers an unusual offer

TV actor Ian Kelsey is so keen to get the asking price for his Chiswick home, he is offering to throw in his Porsche for nothing.

The 41 year former Emmerdale actor and his Pop School and Stage Academy wife Mia are looking to swap Chiswick for Brighton before their daughter reaches school age.

They initially put their home on the market three months ago for £900,000 but after there was no interest, reduced it to a ‘realistic’ £825,000.

The couple is so keen to realise their dream of living by the sea that Ian has offered to throw in his black Porsche, worth around £20,000, for anyone offering the asking price.

Ian used his earnings from TV dramas such as Down To Earth, Casualty and more recently ITV’s Blue Murder to invest in property.

The Edwardian house is one of two Chiswick properties the Kelseys are looking to sell however, there is no car on offer with the other one!
