It's Nearly Time For Abundance Fruit Fair

Bring your surplus fruit for juicing

It's almost time for the Abundance Fruit fair and as usual there's lots for people to look forward to. The annual event is based at St Michael& All Angels church grounds in Bath Road and will take place on Sunday Oct 4th, 12.30-4pm.

The apples in storage have been picked by local volunteers and schools and are all ready for the apple press or to be sold on the day.

Bobbing for apples is always popular

Bring your surplus apples and pears. There will be toffee apple treats, a Longest Peel competition, Apple Bobbing, honey from local bees on sale, a Cultivate London herbs.

The apple press will be juicing fruit

The Cabin restaurant will be serving a delicious lunch of local pumpkin soup and pulled pork sliders with apple. Perfect with a fresh pressed apple juice or Sipsmith's local tipple.
