Wheeled bins and rubbish on agenda for Tuesday

The next meeting of the Chiswick Area Forum will take place in Chiswick Town Hall on
Tuesday, 11 November 2014 at 7:30 pm. Members of the public are invited to attend.
Items on the agenda include a report from Hounslow Council on the issue or rubbish collection in Chiswick. The controversial introduction of wheeled bins is expected to be allowed for discussion as an emergency item. Several resident's groups have asked their members to attend.
Other items on the agenda are various planning issues being 'called in' for discussion, a report on the Flood Risk Management strategy, and the police report on local crime statistics.
Other items include bicycle parking on Chiswick Common, the proposed partial stopping up of the highway outside Bridge Street, W4 – to allow works on the former Chiswick Day Centre to start; a Council Budget presentation and a discussion of Area Forum small Grants applications.
