Featuring Santa's Grotto and lots more
Belmont Primary School, has its upcoming Christmas Fair and Santa’s Grotto on 30 November. The event is open to all from 11am to 3pm. The Fair is run by the Belmont Home School Association (BHSA), registered charity, and all proceeds from the Fair go directly back to the school to help provide for enrichment activities for the students. This year’s theme, Trek To The North Pole is sure to ignite the imagination of children and adults alike as we transform the school into a very festive Lapland— kids will even get to meet Santa in his Grotto right here at the school in Chiswick! There will be lots of festive treats and fun games for all ages. Get some of your Christmas shopping out of the way at the Silent Auction, the Christmas Gifts & Nearly New, and Toys & Books stands. Kids can have their face painted, or play Tambola. If you find yourself in need of refreshments, there will be lots to quench your thirst, both the adult variety and kids safe options that you can relax and enjoy while listening to a great line up of entertainment. When it’s time for some lunch, head over to the pop-up food market for warm and hearty snacks. And of course, the highlight of the Fair as always is Santa’s Grotto, where your child can have their picture taken with Santa, and receive a present sent all the way from the North Pole! Belmont Primary School is an OFSTED Outstanding primary school located in the heart of Chiswick, however the Fair is open to the entire Chiswick community and beyond, and every year they welcome families from across Hounslow and Ealing. All proceeds from the Fair go toward the BHSA, whose primary objective is to raise funds to enrich the Belmont experience for all pupils at the school and fund many activities. Recently, the BHSA funding has funded a new IT Hub, a new play trail on the school grounds, creation of a kitchen garden, enrichment trips and workshops for all year groups, workshops and activities for STEM, health and well-being and arts enrichment weeks. It is a great day enjoyed by the school and the wider communities. Entry fee: £1.
