It's Been A Beautiful Autumn....

Local photographers send in stunning scenes of Chiswick

Last week we asked if local residents wanted to send in some of their images of the beautiful mellow autumn we had in Chiswick.

Firstly Jon Perry, whose image above captures a stillness as if the world was holding its breath in this beautiful photograph.

Jon's photographs are all so lovely, it is difficult to choose just a few, but people can catch his entire range on his Flickr account.

In this image below, we see an extraordinary symmetry of the autumn trees reflected in the pooled water, while in the centre, two people walk along, dwarfed by the magificence of the trees.

A third image from Jon, an atmospheric scene in Chiswick House Gardens, with the play of light and shadow on the walkway.

The photographer behind the Instagram page dedicated to Chiswick, called “MyChiswick” has sent in these photographs , but prefers to remain anonymous.
