An author's event (an extra to the Chiswick Book Festival) was held in Waterstone's, Chiswick High Road last weekend.

A children's choir from Chiswick and Bedford Park Preparatory school launched the evening and their performance can be heard here in this recording provided by Ian Wylie. .https://audioboo.fm/boos/1783221-chiswick-christmas-choir-2013

Torin Douglas interviewed history author George Goodwin about his Fatal Colours and Fatal Rivalry books, a topic which was made even more relevant by the fact that Waterstones in Chiswick stands on the site of The Battle of Turnham Green (1642).

The Chiswick 2014 calendar which is on sale in aid of the St Michael and All Angels organ and parish appeal was also a popular item.
